Meet Chef Jeremy Chef Jeremy’s pedigree springing from Kentucky tradition began by the side of his grandmother. He speaks of her southern agricultural roots and of scouring the garden for the season’s latest bounty. He carried on his grandmother’s traditions in growing and preparing food from an early age. Today, he prepares exquisite dishes with all manner of meats, vegetables, fruits and sauces -- infusing them with layered flavors and seasonings.
Meet Chef Miguel Chef Miguel Rivas was born and raised on a family farm in the Dominican Republic where fresh and local ingredients were second nature. He speaks lovingly of the dishes prepared for Sunday dinners straight from the garden such as chicken thighs on a bed of rice and covered with sofrito sauce. Miguel came to the US 1991. Chef Miguel brings to Brasabana a refreshing and intriguing mix of local and global influences.
